Where Is My Cutter?

Every order gets a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your personalized cutter leaves our shop.

Signed-in customers can view every order and its tracking from My Account > My Orders.

How Long Does It Take?

Personalized cutters are engraved, numbered and registered by hand. Most orders ship within a few business days, then travel 2-5 business days within the U.S.

Holiday tip: order by December 10th for holiday delivery.
