Our product guarantee is simple. We guarantee our product under normal use against all manufacturing defects for a lifetime. In fact, we are SO CONFIDENT in our quality that if you are Buddhist we will guarantee it for TWO Lifetimes.

Typically our product ships in 7 - 10 business days. with a few days shipping - it can be closer to 12-14 before you have i t in hand. We're still a growing business. We batch the weekly orders and then build them all on the weekends and ship on Mondays.
